Comfy Cardi
Comfy Wools
The last thing any of us wants to hear in August is wool jumpers, duffle coats and boots. However, I am afraid, of last Thursday the 21st all our favourite shops from Topshop, River Island and H&M to Jack Wills have packed away their summer style collections in exchange for some darker, warmer ensembles.
But no need to fear, new colour pallets are all in fashion such as autumn pastels which are a personal favourite of mine!
River Island - blue faux fur
What really encouraged me to write this article is my new cardigan I fell in love with this weekend. I found a furry pastel pink cardigan in Penneys (Primark) for only €15. It is the softest and most cuddly piece of clothing i have ever come across. It is perfect for a cold dreary day you just want to keep warm in, just like the day we had today in Ireland.
Penneys - €15
Note : available in Pastel pink, grey and white.
Feedback is always welcome.

Daily fashion fix
Easter Sunday
With the beautiful weather we got on Easter Sunday this year I got to pull out my maxi dress from the wardrobe and a pair of flip flops!
I got the maxi dress from topshop for only €18 and paired it with a loose denim crop shirt opened. I hitched it up with a brown belt and a pair of river island pink embellished flip flops. As you can see I matched it with my hippy style clutch from penneys that is featured in my last post.
Hope you like it 😊

Great Buy
There is so many on offer at the moment, boho chic is dominating due to the spring storm that has taken Penneys, probably influenced by Cochella and the frenzy of celebrity Instagram photos of their latest festival style.
Here is my favourite on offer;

Daily Fashion Fix 🌞
I think I am gonna try a new thing and update more often by publishing the different outfits I put together. What I most like about fashion is the whole game of creating an outfit that not only reflects your personality and how you feel but also complies with where you are going and of course the dreaded weather forecast!
Today in Ireland we are very lucky to be enjoying lovely weather, the sun is shining even if it is windy!
My outfit today was to go to town for a revision course, it's affordable and comfortable while being casual and not too over the top.
I choose black and white gingham leggings from penneys (only €9 or €11 with a bright yellow loose cami (Swamp) and a black and white Aztec crop jacket (penneys) with a white flower statement (dorthy perkins) and my green Cambridge satchel. I just wore a pair of white converse to make it young and more casual for my age.

Yellow Yellow Yellow
Yellow expresses your personality, it says "happy go lucky", cheerful and of course confident!
Yellow is surprisingly a very easy colour to wear, you can wear it with turquoise blue, pink and red.
However, you must be sure of yourself and confident when wearing yellow because you will stand out!
Yellow is all in fashion, it's in all the shops probably since Rihanna brought out a range of clothes in River Island last year. But it's perfect for spring!
Tip: yellow is perfect with a tan but tends to wash anyone's complexion out of you are pale
You don't have to wear a top to toe outfit of yellow but yellow accessories are great and can brighten up any outfit. A yellow bag, purse, pair of sandals, even a yellow pair of sunglasses.

October Haul
October Shopping Spree
I recently went on a shopping spree to Dublin this October and splashed out on clothes and accessories from a variety of shops such as Topshop, Urban Outfitters, River Island etc.. I spent all my Birthday money and it was worth it!
I don't get to go to Dublin that often as it is over a 3 hour drive from Kerry. However, I go every october midterm religiously.
My favourite places to go are Dundrum, Grafton street and of course if I got away with going all the way over to Forever 21 I would.
Topshop
Anyone who reads my blog or knows me personally, I love Topshop. It is probably my favourite shops even though it is on the expensive side. There was a very good sale on but a lot of sizes didn't suit as usual with sales. However I did get a lovely crop top I had my eye on for a long time on sale from €42 to €22.
I found that everything in Topshop was suited for an occasion or if you were going out. there was beautiful dresses, playsuits and cigarette. I didn't buy anything because I won't be going much places until my exams are over!
These are a few of my favourites...
As seen on Abby from the X-factor last week
Fitted cigarette pants, great for petite.
What I did splash out on was a black bowler hat. I have been looking at it for months and finally decided to get it. I have worn it multiple times this week already so I think I will get the wear.
Urban Outfitters
It was probably my first time in Urban Outfitters, definitely my first time in Dundrum Urban Outfitters. I loved the clothes, they were quirky and bang on trend when it came to dog tooth print and tartan. I bought a dog tooth printed playsuit- pinafore.
I bought much more such as tops from hollister and disco pants and shirts from River Island but my favourite by far is my bowler hat. It is easy to wear and match up with outfits and is very quirky.
